Francis E. Mieczkowski is a licensed attorney at law in Delaware and a deputy attorney general with the Delaware Department of Justice. Mr. Mieczkowski completed his B.A. in history, as well as an M.P.A. (master of public administration) at the University of Delaware. He then pursued his juris doctor at Widener University School of Law, where he was a Widener Scholar as well as a staff member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. In addition to his training and experience in criminal law, Frank has taught at both the secondary and post-secondary levels. He is involved in neighborhood planning and crime prevention efforts in Wilmington, Delaware, and coaches swimming at Salesianum School.
